Crystal healing is a complimentary therapy using gemstones and crystals. it is a vibrational therapy said to balance the energies in the body to bring about natural healing. It can be beneficial for relaxation and to de-stress.
You will be laying on a comfortable couch, with blankets and cushions, aromatherapy infusions will be heated and candles lit to create a relaxing atmosphere. The crystals are placed on the body, and a pendulum is used to clear and balance energies.
